>Laptop Repairs Carry A Standard 3 to 6 Month Warranty.
>New Laptop Parts Carry a 12 Month Warranty
>Warranties Do Not Cover Drops, Spills Or Breakages.
>Warranties Are Covered By The Same Problem Presenting Itself Again, Or A Problem Directly Related To The Initial Fault.
>Warranties Are Covered By The Replacement Part or Parts Failing
>Laptops Not Collected After 6 Months Will Be Sold To Cover Repair Costs Even If Payment Has Been Made. Minimum Collection Charge After 2 Months Is £40.00
>All Overdue Payments Will Be Charged At 5% Per Month
>All Sales Are Subject To A 25% Restocking Fee
>Payments Must Be Made Within 7 Days Of Invoice Date; Unless Payment is via Cash. Cash Payments Are Required Immediately Upon Receipt Of Your Laptop.
>Payments Via Cheque Will Be Subject To Approval
>Goods Remain Property Of Country2City Ltd Until Payment Has Been Received In Full
>Any Faults Found Within The Warranty Period Should Be Returned To Country2City Ltd By The Owner
>There Are No Charges For Any Order That Cannot Be Fixed, Excluding Courier Charges, If Any.
>Any Courier Charges Incurred Are Non Refundable, Even If Your Laptop Cannot Be Repaired
>Refunds On Repairs Will Only Be Honoured Once All Methods Of Repair Have Been Exhausted and are at the sole discretion of Country2City Ltd
>Refunds Will Be Paid Via The Same Method Received.
>Refunds Can Take Up To 7 Working Days To Be Issued
>Any Payments Made Via PayPal Account Will Be Refunded Via PayPal
>Receiving Refunds To PayPal Accounts 60 Days After payment made will Incur PayPal Receive Fees
>Cash Refunds Will Not Be Issued
>All Payments Made Via Cash Requiring a Refund Will Be Issued Via Cheque OR BACS.
